Touch and hold an empty spot on your home screen until the icons jiggle, tap the + in the top-left, search for RenewedSpirit, pick a size and tap Add Widget. For the lock screen, hold the lock screen, tap Customize, then tap the area under the clock and choose the widget. Open the app once first so the widget has content.
